Bendele Technology – Refund Policy

At Bendele Technology, our goal is to provide fair and transparent leasing terms for all customers. Please review the following refund policy applicable to all lease agreements entered into with Bendele Technology.

No Refunds Provided

Bendele Technology does not provide refunds of any kind. All payments made toward a lease agreement—whether first month, last month, or recurring payments—are non-refundable.

Device Return Option

​

Customers may return a leased device at any time with no penalty, no negative impact to credit, and no additional fees.

​

  • Returning the device ends the lease agreement.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact Bendele Technology to coordinate device return and ensure all personal data is securely transferred before surrendering the device.

Retention of Lease Payments

Because leased devices are considered used once delivered to the customer, they decrease in value and can no longer be sold as new.

​

  • All lease payments already collected will be retained by Bendele Technology.

  • These retained payments offset the depreciation of the device, loss of resale value, and interest owed under the lease terms.

  • No prorated, partial, or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
