Bendele Technology – Terms and Conditions

Company: Bendele Technology (“we,” “us,” “our”)

These Terms and Conditions govern all leases, payment arrangements, and related services provided by Bendele Technology. By applying for or entering into a lease agreement with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Lease Approval

1.1. All decisions regarding approval for payment plans or leases are made solely at the discretion of Bendele Technology.
1.2. No bank, financial institution, or third party is involved in the approval process.

2. Initial Payment Requirements

2.1. If approved, customers are required to provide First Month and Last Month payments upfront before the lease begins.
2.2. The device will not be released until both required payments have been received.

3. Lease Terms

3.1. Lease term options are based on the value of the item being leased and may be:
   • 6 months
   • 12 months
   • 18 months
3.2. Monthly payment amounts will be communicated to the customer prior to signing the lease agreement and are due on the same day each month that the lease was first signed.

4. Payment Obligations & Returns

4.1. You agree to make all monthly payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
4.2. If at any time you are unable to continue making payments, you agree to contact Bendele Technology immediately.
4.3. You may return the leased item at any time and without penalty if you can no longer make payments.
4.4. Upon return of the device, if any personal data remains on the item, Bendele Technology will assist in transferring your data to a thumb drive to ensure no personal information is lost. The customer must provide or purchase a thumb drive if needed.

5. Ownership

5.1. The leased item remains the property of Bendele Technology for the duration of the lease.
5.2. Upon successful completion of all scheduled payments, ownership of the device transfers to you, and the device is yours to keep.

6. Pricing

6.1. All items leased through Bendele Technology are leased at full retail price plus interest.
6.2. Discounted pricing is available only for customers paying the full amount upfront with cash or equivalent payment methods (e.g., debit card, direct transfer, CashApp, PayPal).

7. Technical Support

7.1. Bendele Technology provides free technical support for any device actively under a lease agreement.
7.2. Technical support ends when the lease term concludes or is terminated early due to non-payment or voluntary return.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1. Customers agree to use the leased device responsibly and take reasonable care to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
8.2. Customers remain responsible for all payments owed prior to any early return.
8.3. Any misuse or intentional damage may result in additional charges determined by Bendele Technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Bendele Technology is not liable for:
   • Loss of personal data resulting from failure to back up data.
   • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in the specific lease agreement.

10. Amendments

10.1. Bendele Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2. Any changes will be posted publicly or provided directly to customers when applicable.

11. Acceptance

By initiating a lease, submitting an application, or making payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
